ANSWER: Our shipping time's can vary depending on what country you are ordering from. All of our orders are processed within 24 hours of placing your order. Typically in the usa shipping times are 5-7 days. Shipping to the UK/Europe takes slightly longer.

ANSWER: Once you've received your package, if anything arrives broken or the product breaks while you are using it, all you have to do is contact us through our contact page and within 24hrs one of our representatives will contact you with the steps on how to return the broken product to us and we will send you a brand new one.
